Google User Data Usage

Our add-on processes the following Google user data:

Spreadsheet Data

• We only access your spreadsheet data while you're actively using the add-on
• We process spreadsheet data to insert API responses
• We don't store or sync your spreadsheet content to our servers
• All spreadsheet operations occur on Google's servers

API Configurations

• Saved using Google's PropertyService
• Stored on Google's servers
• Includes API endpoints, parameters, and schedules
• No API credentials are stored on our servers

User Settings

• Add-on preferences
• UI customizations
• Scheduled task configurations
• All stored using Google's services

Data Sharing and Transfer

We do not share or transfer Google user data to third parties, except:

Limited Analytics

• Anonymous usage metrics
• API request counts
• Feature adoption statistics
• No personal or spreadsheet data included

Service Providers

• Stripe: Payment processing only
• No Google user data is shared with our service providers

Data Retention and Deletion

Data Storage Duration

• API configurations: Until manually deleted by user
• User preferences: Duration of add-on installation
• All Google user data stored on Google's servers

Data Deletion

• Users can delete their data by:
  1. Removing saved API configurations
  2. Uninstalling the add-on
  3. Contacting support for complete data removal
• Data is automatically deleted upon add-on uninstallation

Google Workspace Permissions

Our add-on requires these Google permissions:

Spreadsheet Access

• Scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets
• Purpose: Read/write API data to your spreadsheets

External Requests

• Scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.external_request
• Purpose: Make API calls to external services

UI Integration

• Scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.container.ui
• Purpose: Display the add-on sidebar

Background Operation

• Scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/script.scriptapp
• Purpose: Enable scheduled API requests

Data Security

• All data is encrypted in transit
• We follow Google's security best practices
• We don't store API credentials on our servers
• We don't have access to view your spreadsheet content
